The room we had was neat and updated, came with breakfast or snack, great pillows. The location was favourable, just 5 min walk from a neo-Gothic skyscraper.

100% recommend for overnight stay
Fine view, excellent service, with our room offering an amazing view of the river and quick access to the riverwalk just steps away from our room.
The check-in process was a bit disorganized.

The location is very good, the hotel is in good condition
The room is said to be 37 mts 2. I moved out of the Westin hotel for two days for a better and bigger room, none of that happened. Too bad, they are not honest about room sizes. The small pool in relation to the size of the hotel.

We loved the fantastic view of the Riverwalk. The location was perfect for visiting Millennium Park and grabbing bites at nearby restaurants. Just a heads-up, the facilities could use some updates, but the overall experience was enjoyable.
One downside was the lukewarm shower. I was hoping for something much hotter, but it was manageable.

Bill add ons like Drinks charges in a bar we had never been in and "other tax" listed on the bill how can you charge someone "other tax" without an explanation.I have never seen so many people complaining about there bill at hotel checkout. You go to a hotel on vaction to relax and unwind whats the point of going somewhere to get wound up! For this reason I could not recommend this hotel to eny of my friends

Beautiful view, spacious and clean room.
The A/C did not work, the incidental charges paid in advance of over $150. upon check in. Charging me for incidentals I did not use. We had to sleep with the windows open to get cool air.

disappointed but hopeful
The lake view was amazing. The room's cleanliness stood out, and the linens were fresh and inviting.
The long wait at check-in left a sour note.

Upon checking into the hotel I used the restroom in our newly cleaned and assigned room. I lifted up the toilet seat and sat down, merely glancing into the water to see if it was "clean." Well did I ever get the surprise of my life when I sat square in a toilet seat of vomit! It was clear and covering the entire rim and seat of our toilet, it was all over me at this point! I reported it to the managment staff and they were very apologetic, but it was something that I will NEVER forget, For the price that the Sheraton charges this is NOT something that you would ever expect. Lesson learned, do not just glance you have to really inspect everything before you can assume it is clean! I will never do that agai!
There was really nothing that we did not like about the hotel other than the room service tray pick up. We had requested a tray pick up/clean up and it took them 10 hours to clear the tray from outside of our door. We used all of the information at hand to contac them for the pick up, no action. Other tray stood outside of hotel room doors for the entire length of our 3 day stay! One would think that housekeeping would take notice and contact the correct department within the hotel to arrange for pick up. They do not!!!! It was quite nasty walking past old food day after day! I can only imagine others felt that way about the mess that was left outside of our door for 10 hours. My husband called a 2nd time and they hopefully picked it up before we left the hotel!
